I have experienced one of Peter's list of detox symptoms so far: hot bowel movements. The list was: cravings, tiredness, irritability, physical aches/pains/nausea/vomiting, and hot bowel movements. I was a little sleepy on the evening of Day 1 and I have had slight cravings (usually increase when I watch my roommates cook and smell the aroma coming from the kitchen), but nothing unmanageable.
I didn't drink the herbal laxative tea after the SWF last night. It was too late and I was too tired.
What I found out about saltwater flush and laxative tea:

It's best to use either of these laxatives (or both of them) 2 times a day. I've found it best to take them in the morning and before I go to bed.
Also, I advise you give yourself at least an hour and a half before you go out when you do this. These laxatives will work fast, and you will discover why you should probably be at home near a bathroom when you use them.

My hands get weak after squeezing two halves. I'm thinking about buying a little juicer, but I don't really have the money right now. So weak hands it is.
The lemons weren't as large as the first ones I bought, which was a bummer - It took 5 lemons to get 12 tablespoons of juice (it should only take 3 large lemons).

Read The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs - I'm in the clear. He has some great alternative recipes, including mayonnaise. I bought the book, because it details thoroughly what can be eaten the three days post-cleanse.

I know your not focusing on it, but have you noticed your weight or waistline?
Are you asking how much I've lost so far? If so: 1 lb. And no inches.
You should blog the daily cost of the cleanse.
I can add the bill at the very end - and divide by the number of days. I will include post-cleanse costs too (fresh squeezed oj, probiotics, etc.).
If you are suggesting that it's expense... well, I bet you'll be surprised (especially since I'm eating out 0 times in 10+ days).
