We took her to see Enchanted. The theatre was empty. During the credits she asked me if I would dance with her and we twirled through the aisles to "That's How You Know" by Amy Adams.

Annie insisted on playing on "Hard" on Guitar Hero. She really just had more fun jumping around and acting like a rockstar. We jumped, headbanged and threw up "I love you" signs to songs on the Enchanted soundtrack and Snow Patrol (it just came up next on the playlist). The bell ornaments on the tree started chiming.

Annie picked out a Little Mermaid cell phone with a glass slipper holder at claires and had fun calling me from the back seat of the Accord. I probably taught her some poor phone etiquette.
A happy meal and chicken-foot later, we brought Annie home to a family birthday dinner and a kitchen table smothered with presents.
One was already opened -- a Barbie laptop from Teresa. It was pretty cool.
