so today I was summoned for jury duty. I am to call in April 7th to a blasted recording machine to find out when I'm expected to show up. buuuuuuut I postponed my duty to serve as a prospective trial juror until the winter 2007, because that's truly the only time I can. Orange County requires Full-time students to serve, but we are allowed to postpone and request to do so during our semester breaks.
I remember G-block and Grandpa Howard never being selected to criminal trials because of their relation to Paps, who is the Seargent of Detectives of the City of Des Moines. Not a choice pick for the defense team.
Upside is now I know I am for sure a citizen of California! makes sense, because February of last year is when I completed all the steps to begin the process.
