On Tuesday night after the Masters game we were supposed to hit up Plush Cafe in downtown Fullerton for an appearance by Trevor Davis. His CD seven days is amazing - the sound is chill and the lyrics are brilliant - you definately should check it out. My roomie Jessica introduced his music to me last year and would have probably introduced me to him Tuesday night but I had an unexpected date with the emergency room. BUMMER because I was totally looking forward to hearing him live. Trevor and Jessica both attended Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego where they met through the College Ministry there.
Jessica went with Josh (phantom of the opera) to see one of Trevor's gigs at Hard Rock Cafe in La Jolla - an area of San Diego - a few weeks previous to the Fullerton show. Do you recognize the stud with Jessica in the picture? - It's Jon from Switchfoot!! He played a solo set after Trevor that night - that would have been sweet to catch.
