I am to report to HIU training camp for my upcoming soccer season on August 14th. I will be driving the prelude down on Thursday, Aug 11th. My buddy 'ol pal Mapquest says it's 1,140.48 miles away and he thinks it'll only take 17 hours and 36 minutes to get there. Well little does he know that I'm starting my trip in Portland and cutting it in half, so I should be in Laguna Beach by Saturday and at school on Sunday. Not sure if I'm really excited about the drive, buuuuut I am stoked about going back to school and, ofcourse, playing the game we all know and love: SOCCER!!
