Mom - Dani Collins - is the official Director of Women's Ministries as of July 1st - today!! At some other churches her title would be Pastor, but Christ's Church only recognizes men as Pastors. In the occasion that a woman is hired for a pastoral position they get tagged with Director instead. For example: Ed Kelley is the Pastor of Youth Ministries at Christ's Church, but if he was a woman he would be the Director of Youth Ministries, although perfoming the same job.
ANYWAY, congratulations Mom! - I think you'll do a wonderful job... and you'll always be Pastor Dani Collins to me =).
