I'm swinging back and forth on the "moving out" pendulum several times a day: stay at Mom & Paps Inn and save tons of money, or move out and be independent.
Well thanks to this Italian architect, I found a place. But it's not going to be ready for me until 2010... and I would have to relocate to Dubai.
