The 36'' by 28'' bracket I made for the bg howshe.

My final four picks: UCLA over UNC, Memphis, Vanderbilt

Why are some team jersey's devoid of last names?
I don't think the Universities are trying to save money.
Is it an act of humility?
What am I missing?
Id like to be able to identify players when watching them -- anyone else?

CBS commentators for the NCAA men's basketball tournament have been annoying.
They always side with an officials call, even when the replay shows it to be obviously wrong -- they will muster up some "objective" explanation to suffice. The announcer is perceived to be ignorant. So an official makes a mistake - it happens all the time! Just recognize it and laugh it off.

They marvel at the player who finishes an off-balance, not square, risky and athletic attempt, but express verbal disgust about the same or different player who tries similar acrobatics but misses.

They over-emphasize and excessively detail a fundamental play -- such as the perfect jump-stop, the two-on-one give-and-go chest pass and angled bounce-pass, the lay-up kissed off the glass.

Just 10 seconds in to the shot clock, a player shoots a wide-open three off a high screen from the big man, but misses -- the commentator gets frustrated and says he wants to see the ball switch back and forth a few times to open up the three. WHO CARES!? (Unless you are trying to run down the clock with a padded lead). Both scenarios create clean an open attempts AND both are only worth three points no matter how you draw it up!

Give us more facts, more stories and LESS OPINION. I like to hear the story behind the team, the guard, the big man, the coach...

Thank you NCAA.com for streaming games online. I'm sick of CBS deciding what game we get to watch. Maybe next year you can give more channels rights to broadcast the games.

Go Cougs! I actually have WSU beating UNC in my CBS bracket - wishful thinking =).
