As we have experienced a significant amount of snow over the past 24 hours, there have been numerous staff working to keep the roads clear and sidewalks shoveled. Since 10:00 p.m. last night, there have been three plow trucks running constantly to clear roads and parking lots. Part-time student workers were shoveling sidewalks last night, and the full-time Grounds crew has been working since 4:00 a.m. this morning.
By 9:00 a.m. this morning, the accumulation reached around nine inches. Our staff are working in shifts to provide constant snow removal through the weekend in order to keep the campus safe and accessible. If you notice areas that are not yet clear, please be patient with us as we continue to work on snow removal.
Because of snow removal demands, work orders will be addressed on an emergency basis. If you need to report an emergency work order, please call x7135. If you have a routine work order, please email the request to workorder@tiu.edu.

Do you ever think it's strange when people are writing about the time and they put something like, "4 a.m in the morning"...isn't that saying the same thing twice? :) (I saw that in the school's post and it made me smile.)
it is reduntant. probably unintentional. i missed it during my first read -- definitely made me smile. nice catch.
