Finn got a new sun hat.


There is indeed more to Edmonds than Aurora -- I'm pretty sure that isn't news to anyone. Mom, Gblock, Bridget, Finn and I enjoyed lunch at Chanterelle’s, light shopping, and a walk to the beach.

We sipped on iced drinks at Lucy’s favorite: The Walnut, an old car service garage (conjecture) renovated into a modern café. Finito loved to gnaw on ice chips from moms peach iced tea. He danced on mom’s lap wearing a Breau Carter polo from 1983.

Since I'm not insured to drive the 'rents cars I can't go anywhere by myself. I've suffered much car sickness the past couple weeks.

last night my childhood neighbor Janelle King was married at the Woodland Park Zoo Rose Garden in Seattle. i ran into a handful of guys i graduated high school with -- less awkward than expected. mom and i went with gloria and jessica and met up with the soon-to-be-wed stefanie and matt. it was a fun atmosphere to catch up and reminisce with my two sisters.
