Paps sure didn't mind working over-time for a basketball tournament. I've never heard of a mobile precinct before... Paps says they bring it to locations where they are doing crime scene investigations. Today it was used to watch some 3 on 3 games and to keep out of the rain - unfortunately there were some sparadic showers.
